Wheels of Time

The Heritage Hub are a participating venue in Wheels of Time, where Roamin’ Rex encourages children, between the ages of 5 and 11, to discover Kent’s museums and heritage sites.

Children participating collect a badge individual to each site. They can claim a Roamin’ Rex’s Award Badge for visting 10, 20 and 30 sites and a Wheels of Time 2019 Award badge for visiting all 40 sites.

Visit any of the museums and heritage sites shown on the Roamin’ Rex’s map and collect one of 40 different badges at each one.

8 new badges to collect – 14th January 2020

From the 1st April this year there will be eight extra badges to collect.

Folkestone Museum
Fordwich Town Hall
Margate Museum

Ramsgate Tunnels

Wheels of Time Awards – 5th October 2019

Five ‘Sittingbourne Time Travellers’ collect their 2019 Wheels of Time Top Awards at the Heritage Hub in the Forum, Sittingbourne.

They had visited all 40 Wheels of Time heritage sites across Kent…and learnt about the varied aspects of the county’s history.

The Heritage Hub were delighted to present Freya and Ellie Pike with their ‘Wheels of Time’ Bronze Award in the Heritage Hub… for visiting 10 heritage attractions and learning more about Kent’s history.

The Heritage Hub were delighted to present Peter Steers with his ‘Wheels of Time’ 2019 Top Award, for visiting all 40 heritage sites across Kent.
Peter started his collection at the Heritage Hub and elected to collect his Bronze, Silver, Gold and Top Award with us.
