This pamphlet is a list of 259 memorials of those remembered for their duty to their country, within the district of Swale and has been compiled by Stephen Palmer, Pat Robinson, Richard and Theresa Emmett, and Janet Halligan together with the research completed by various researchers from the Historical Research Group of Sittingbourne (HRGS) and other groups, and is still on going.

The pamphlet lists the location of 258 known war memorials within Swale, including some noteworthy memorials.

Each memorial is accompanied by its address, short description and a thumbnail image.
